Where: Alafia State Park, S of Brandon FL (20 min drive S of Brandon, east of I-75)
When: Saturday March 8th 2003, race starts at 7:30am
Course: A challenging 60+ mile course that will incorporate trail running, paddling, mountain biking, ropes, and special tests. There will be a 8:00 pm cut off.

No Race Day Entries. Late entries run the risk of not receiving a race packet and shirt. Relay entries must come in the same envelope with the entry fee and waiver for each team. No refunds or transfers.

I know that competing
in an adventure race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and compete unless I am
medically able and properly trained. I
agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to
safely complete the race. I assume all
risks associate with adventure racing including, but not limited to, falls,
contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high
heat and/or humidity, obstacles, special tests, hypothermia, dehydration,
wildlife, water craft, drowning, the condition of the course and traffic on the
course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these
facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself
and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Tampa Bay
Thunder and its officers and agents, all sponsors, their representatives and
successors, including the United States Adventure Racing Association, it’s
officers, directors, agents and employees, from all claims or liabilities of
any kind arising out of my participation in this activity even though that
liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the
persons named in this waiver.
